1. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We offer nationwide delivery across Ghana. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of product, but most orders are delivered within 2–7 working days.

2. Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, in selected locations. Cash on Delivery is only available in Accra. For locations outside this, full payment is required before dispatch.

3. Do you offer product assembly?

Yes. Many of our fitness machines, sports tables, and some furniture items include optional professional assembly. This service may come at an additional cost depending on your location.

4. What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, missing parts, or a refund — at no extra cost to you.
