At Joam Plug, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our returns and refunds process is simple and fair.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain fitness equipment parts and custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Assembled products (unless faulty).

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
